Female Strength Meet at A.C. Flora February 27, 2016

Congratulations to Kayla and Makenna for an awesome day at the Strength Meet! Kayla Ennis – Squat 255#, Power Clean 140#, Bench Press 120#, and ran the Pro Agility in 4.72 seconds.  She placed 3rd overall in her weight class.  There was only 1 point separating 2nd and 3rd.  This was a very competitive weight
